All sales are final as described and we do not allow returns. To keep cost down we are not able to honor returns for items. We buy and sale close out items to pass the savings on to you so in an effort to keep our prices as low as possible we do not accept returns or give refunds. In the event we ship the wrong item out or we verify there was an error on our end after items are delivered, we will consider a refund via paypal after our review and approval. You will be assigned a case number. We urge you to ask all question before purchasing to avoid such situations.
